Badger Comics offers multiple shipping options for delivery within the US and Canada. Currently we do not offer international shipping though we are working to soon provide shipping worldwide.
In stock items will typically be processed within 1 business day. Expedited (2-Day/Next Day) orders placed by 12:00 PM CST M-F will typically go out the same day.
Returns
Please understand that we are not in the business of providing "mint condition" books. While
we will always fill orders from the best available stock we have, usually considered VF+ to NM,
we are not guaranteed mint books from Diamond and thus can not guarantee your books will be in
mint condition.
With that being said, all orders are fully or partially returnable if not as advertised. If you
receive the incorrect books
or you believe the books arrived in a condition other than stated, please contact us
within 7 days of receiving the books to resolve the issue. If you are required by Customer
Service to return the damaged/misgraded books, please take care in packaging them for return. Books that
are damaged during return shipping and determined to be inappropriately packed will be
subject to a restocking fee up to the difference between the grade advertised and the
grade of the books at the time Customer Service receives them. Basically if we screwed
up we will make sure you get the books you want and in the condition you bought them
in, but if we do need you to ship something back please
take the extra time to make sure it gets back to us in the same condition you received it in.
We ARE NOT responsible for the contents of the books. All books are sold with the
content included AS-IS. If a book sucks, please contact the publisher. We are only
guaranteeing the correct books at the advertised grade.
Specialty items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Specialty items may
include but are not limited to: statues, prints, bulk toys, limited
edition/quantity variant covers, international items, and any item singly priced
over $49.99. Please contact Customer Support for an RMA number for any returns
or exchanges. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RMA. |
